Orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. Goods with a monogramming request may take up to an additional 2 business days.
For Leather Goods:
Please allow an additonal 5-7 business days to your order as each pouch is made to order.
During busy gifting seasons, please be patient as your order might take a couple extra buisiness days to get to you.
Orders placed on a Friday will begin to process starting the following Monday. A tracking number will be sent to the email the order was placed with.
Orders ship with a third party such as USPS Priority Mail, FedEx, and UPS. Orders usually arrive within 2-4 business day depending on location and shipping option selected. Internation orders arrive between 7-15 business days.
We cannot guarantee a delivery time and are not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed packages. All claims must be filed with the shipping carrier.
Undeliverable packages returned to us may be sent back out at the customer’s expense. Items not claimed after two weeks will be forfeited.

In the event that an order arrives damaged the item may be refunded or replaced.
If the packing has been mishandled, please put in a claim with the shipping carrier.
If an item is damaged but the packaging is intact please send images within 48 business hours with the order number to hello@amaliqbal.com to arrange an exchange.
All monogrammed orders are final and are not eligible for an exchange unless they arrived damaged as mentioned above.
