Please review the following terms that administer your use of and purchase of products from our Site. Please note that your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by those terms (the "Agreement").

We have the right to change the terms that govern your use of our Site. Your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed. We have the right to change, move or delete any portions of, our Site at any time without any warning.

The contents of our Site, and the Site as a whole, are intended solely for personal, noncommercial (other than for the purchase of products from our site) use by the users of our Site. You may not reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or participate in or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the Contents, the Site, or any related software. This includes illegal reproduction of work, copy, content, and items that are available for purchase through the store.

All comments, suggestions, ideas, and other submissions disclosed, submitted, or offered to AMAL on or by this Site or otherwise disclosed, submitted, or offered in connection with your use of this Site (collectively, "Comments") shall be and remain AMAL’s property. We retain the right to monitor, delete and edit any of the above at our discretion.

Sales of goods:

At this time, all sales are final. Some items may be eligible for an exchange within 48 hours of package delivery. See Shipping/Returns for more information.

Monogrammed Goods:

All monogrammed goods are final sale and are ineligible for exchanges.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS:

Orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. Goods with a monogramming request may take up to an additional 2 business days. Orders placed on a Friday will begin to process starting the following Monday. A tracking number will be sent to the email the order was placed with. Orders ship with a third party such as USPS Priority Mail, FedEx, and UPS.

We cannot guarantee a delivery time and are not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed packages. All claims must be filed with the shipping carrier. Undeliverable packages returned to us may be sent back out at the customer’s expense. Items not claimed after two weeks will be forfeited.

All orders at this time are final. We encourage all customers to please purchase consciously.

In the event that an order arrives damaged: If the packing has been mishandled, please put in a claim with the shipping carrier. If an item is damaged but the packaging is intact please send images within 48 business hours with the order number to hello@amaliqbal.com to arrange an exchange. All monogrammed orders are final and are not eligible for exchange unless they arrived damaged as mentioned above.
