Every order is carefully prepared, personalized (when selected), and packed by hand in my California studio.
To allow time for thoughtful preparation, orders are typically shipped on Tuesdays and Fridays

Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground.
A flat shipping rate of $10 is applied to all orders.
Please note that delivery times vary by destination and carrier, but most packages arrive within 2–10 business days after shipment.
While every effort is made to ensure your order arrives promptly, delivery times are ultimately determined by the shipping carrier and cannot be guaranteed.
If you require an item by a specific date, please reach out before placing your order and I will do my best to accommodate your timeline.

If your order includes both personalized and non-personalized items, all items will ship together once personalization is complete.

Once shipped, most domestic orders arrive within 2–5 business days depending on destination and carrier.
International delivery times vary by location.

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If a correction is needed, please email within 48 hours of purchase. Once an order has been prepared or shipped, address changes may no longer be possible.

Once a package has been entrusted to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of my control. While I am always happy to assist when possible, I cannot be responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues after shipment.

If a package is returned as undeliverable, it may be reshipped at the customer's expense.
RETURN
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please fill out the Order Care form below within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of both the item and its packaging so I can review and resolve the issue. Alternatively, you may submit photographs and reach out directly via email at hello@amaliqbal.com.
