About This Site

amaliqbal.com is the home of my independent creative studio, encompassing brand identity work under The Signet, illustration under The Drawn World, photography and styling under The Frame, creative consultation under The Guiding Eye, and my journal, Et Muse. Flower Heads, my stationery business, is a separate venture linked from this site, with its own terms.

Eligibility

By using this site or submitting an inquiry, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Use of This Site

You are welcome to browse this site, read Et Muse, and submit inquiries through the forms provided. Please do not use this site in any way that could damage, disable, or interfere with its function, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including but not limited to photography, illustration, written copy, brand marks, and design, is my original work and is protected by copyright. This work may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without my written permission.

Any work created for a client through The Signet, The Drawn World, The Frame, or The Guiding Eye is governed by the terms of that individual project agreement, which takes precedence over this general site policy.

Materials Submitted Through Inquiries

You retain ownership of any materials you submit through inquiry forms, including images, documents, and creative work. By submitting them, you grant me permission to review and discuss them for the purpose of responding to your inquiry.

Inquiries and Project Engagements

Submitting an inquiry form does not create a binding agreement between us. A project begins only once we have discussed scope, pricing, and timeline directly, and agreed to move forward together. Current starting pricing for studio offerings is provided for general guidance and may vary based on project scope.

For consultations booked through The Guiding Eye, scheduling and payment are arranged directly with me after I review your submission, typically through a separate scheduling and payment link sent by email.

No Professional Advice

Guidance shared through The Guiding Eye consultations reflects my own creative perspective and experience. It is offered as creative counsel, not as legal, financial, medical, mental health, or other professional advice. Creative guidance is inherently subjective, and no specific outcome, result, or business success is guaranteed.

Limitation of Liability

This site and its content are provided as is. While I take care to keep this site accurate and functioning well, I do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly current. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any damages arising from your use of this site.
